I have just come back from syros island, were i presented my first chair project, and got my degree.
Presentations are never my superstrong point, meaning i do get stressed, i do feel like not breathing, and i do tend to succeed in hiding it.
But presentations are also the time of possibility, the fraction of time were everything goes, because you did what you could, and it is now the time results depend on. For this reason presentations are also a favorite time, as they bring upon the evolution of my self as a designer, the end of a project, and the perspective for something new.
This specific presentation was unique for me, in the sense that it was not merely my project's and work's evaluation, but an overall evaluation of the way in which i learnt to use and combine the tools of knowledge given to me during my studies, through the demonstration of a process and its outcomes. I m therefore twice as happy to have taken "the highest score possible", to quote one of my teachers.
